ABOUT THE MANSMITH YOUNG MARKET MASTERS AWARDS
Help inspire Philippine society with the brilliance of its youth. Recognize the best the Filipino youth has to offer and inspire other young Filipinos toward excellence in marketing and entrepreneurship.
Objectives of the Awards:
The award seeks to attain the following objectives:
- To recognize and honor young achievers who excel in marketing
- To encourage and inspire young people to be innovative and excellent brand builders
- To help pave the way for a marketing-oriented Philippine society
The Mansmith Young Market Masters Awards is open to Filipino citizens, 35 years young and below (at the deadline of application), with at least 2 full years of service with the company at the time of nomination.
The marketing & sales category is open to marketing & sales achievers who may be called marketing manager, brand manager, trade marketing manager, account manager, sales manager, business development manager and the like who have not only improved the company standing better than competitors but have also done so while building the brand in a sustainable manner.
The entrepreneur category is open to one who is owner/part-owner of an enterprise and is the main catalyst of the business. The ideal nominee must have started an innovative enterprise, which can either be a new product category or an enhanced product category, challenging the status quo of the industry. The industries can be among the following

There will be a set of independent judges (who are recognized experts in marketing) to be invited to determine the winner of each industry. Just as judges will be empowered to declare a tie in a category and/or industry, they can also declare no winner if deemed appropriate. As much as possible, prominent personalities of non-competing firms will be invited to judge, but in the most unlikely event of conflict of interest, the particular judge will be asked to refrain from participating in the deliberation for that particular category.
The winners will be notified in writing before the awarding ceremony.
The funding of the Mansmith Young Market Masters Awards is entirely self-generated by the organizer and no fees whatsoever will be collected as subsidy of the awards. (Each awardee is entitled to bring one guest at no charge during the award proper. Like all major awards, additional guests during the awarding ceremony will be charged at cost.)
